Kenwei multihead weighing machines (also referred to as circular/combination weighers) are applied in various fields thanks to their superior weighing accuracy and efficiency. The Kenwei 0.5L multihead weigher can measure products with a minimum weight of 1g at a speed of 120 bags per minute. What is a multihead weighing machine?
Kenwei produces multihead weighers with 10, 14, 16, and 32 lanes, all with multiple weighing buckets. Each lane is equipped with a dedicated load cell for accurate weighing performance. Once the machine is installed and you input all of the required parameters, such as package weight, the multihead weigher will deliver scattered products into each feeding lane through center cone vibration, which is located on the plate under the feeding hopper. Then each feeding lane will drop products into the buckets for weighing and calculating.
