Weighing Systems

Kenwei provides complete weighing lines based on customer food production lines, as well as customizes multihead weighers, linear weighers, check weighers and metal detectors. With a high quality load cell, our weighing machines not only weigh and dispense materials, but also ensure the weighing precision meets customer’s precision weighing and packaging requirements.

Kenwei produces multihead weighers with 10, 14, 16, and 32 lanes, they are applied in various fields thanks to their superior weighing accuracy and efficiency. The Kenwei 0.5L multihead weigher can measure products with a minimum weight of 1g at a speed of 120 bags per minute. These weighers satisfy the dosing, weighing, and packing requirements for nearly any product type. 

Linear weighers are applicable for weighing powdered materials such as seasoning, milk powder, coffee grounds, and other powders, as well as small, granular products. With an increased packaging speed and weighing accuracy, not only are labor costs and material losses reduced, but production output increases. This equipment is applicable as an independent weighing system, or can be combined with other packaging equipment for a full production line.

We also offer automatic VFFS packaging lines, designed to form a bag, accept the products, weigh, fill and seal the bag. Depending on the specific model. Functions include a menu-based user interface, touch screen, preset configuration, movable weighing bucket and infeed table, advanced software, plus a stainless steel high-precision photoelectric sensor for printing.

Check weighers are also used to test the product weight during the final packaging process and during transportation and weed out unqualified products. Using this equipment minimizes material loss and ensures the finished product weight is consistent with the printed value on the bag.
